At Piar OÜ, I hold the position of lead engineer, responsible for two key company projects. The first is Piar SmartDisplays, an R&D project with a capitalization of over $1 million for a client in the USA. It's a system of smart displays that scan product shelves and display data in real-time. Here, I integrate microelectronics with a web platform via MQTT. The second project is a digital manufacturing system, similar to Odoo, which optimizes production processes, planning, and resource accounting.

My main responsibilities include managing DevOps, conducting code reviews, controlling code quality, and engineering innovative solutions. I actively participate in the integration of IoT and web technologies, applying skills in web development, DevOps, and project management.

I developed a system for managing a restaurant network. It includes a part for end users (customers) as well as a part for restaurant staff (administrators, chefs, cashiers, couriers, dispatcher, etc.). The management panel contains numerous tools for control. It allows tracking the number of orders over a specific period, income and expenses (with the ability to trace each record). Additionally, the panel retains a record of all customers who have ever placed orders within the restaurant network. A bonus system is in place to reward customers for various actions (such as through a referral system, for example). It's a very extensive and impressive project ;)

The project was created with the goal of speeding up the work of employees who previously used a very slow old system. Thanks to modern technologies, the speed issue has been resolved, and now the dashboard 'flies'.
